1st Lt. Terrance Wilson discusses how his Army Reserve training has enhanced his career as a civilian project manager. Wilson, who entered the Military as an enlisted servicemember, took advantage of the Army’s Green to Gold Active-Duty Option Program to earn a college degree. After graduation, Wilson was commissioned as an officer in the Army Reserve.
