As a Navy Command Career Counselor, Chief Petty Officer Joseph Seiler teaches Sailors about educational opportunities the Navy offers. There are multiple ways for Sailors to use the Navy’s tuition assistance program to advance their education including taking classes online, on ship, onshore or while deployed. Sailors can also take advantage of the GI Bill after a minimum of four years of service.
