The Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate (NUPOC) program is an excellent option for students who are interested in math or engineering.

Students who are accepted into the NUPOC program will receive money for college, health insurance and time to focus on their studies. After college, they will train in one of four careers: Submarine Officer, Surface Warfare Officer, Naval Reactors Engineer or Naval Nuclear Power School Instructor.
