Air Force Reserve

Air Force Reserve Staff Sgt. Rachel Garneau works out at the McChord Fitness Center Annex to stay fit for her regular Physical Fitness Test (PFT).

Just like active-duty servicemembers, members of the Air Force Reserve must take regular PFT so they are always ready for deployment. To help servicemembers reach their fitness goals, facilities like the Fitness Center Annex offer many different types of cardiovascular equipment and exercise classes. Some facilities even provide a family fitness room so parents can fit in a workout while keeping an eye on their children.

Servicemembers aren’t the only ones who can work out on base. All Department of Defense ID card holders, including dependents, have access to these fitness centers.
