Army National Guard

Members of the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) participate in an obstacle course. If a recruit cannot ship to Basic Combat Training (BCT) within 30 days, he or she will enter the RSP. In this program, recruits learn more about the Army National Guard and prepare for BCT and Advanced Individual Training (AIT).
