Esther: My job here in the Air Guard is to come and help with patient care on our drill weekends. I attend meetings. We have continuing education in-services that we do with the nurses and the doctors. We help our technicians. We give immunizations, and then we've got a whole bunch of meetings and different programs that we run, and mine happens to be the self-aid buddy care program.
