Week 11: The Crucible Planks Course - Transcript

FEMALE SPEAKER: This team exercised teamwork today. They exercised teamwork from the beginning to the end. I saw them use their hand and arm signals. I saw them looking at one another, trusting one another. That's what it takes, as well. They trust one another to get through this obstacle course. Once you get an order, you carry that order. There's not time for a lot of talk. You need to execute. You need to perform. This is the type of scenario that you're going to be faced with, in combat. You don't get the chance to say, "Stop, do over," over there in country. You don't get that chance. This team, they had a -- they had an idea, and they executed it. They got a plan, and they executed it. They understood it, and they executed it.
