Scheduling and Service - Transcript

Esther: The Air Guard has been very flexible when it's come to my job in my civilian world, and also with my family. I don't have any issues. If I can't make it for a drill weekend, it's very easy to come back and let your supervisor know, and you're able to make that up without any problems. And I have the benefit of having a great civilian job also where they're very understanding. If I have to do something for my Air Guard duty, that they're very willing to help cover me so that I can help serve my community and state.
